LUX is a quarterly photography zine that captures and delivers a record of light with a different theme each time.
The theme of this issue of LUX is Imperfect. As my life in Australia came to an end and I began rebuilding my career in Japan, I experienced both harshness and, at the same time, a quiet sense of kindness—as well as moments of compromise. These feelings are brought together in this edition.
Among all issues of LUX so far, this one incorporates the most abstract expressions. I have also introduced a few subtle interventions within the pages. I hope you enjoy it.
